At My Thai PS, we strive to provide excellent service and carefully sourced products from Thailand. Due to the nature of our business and the logistics involved, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please note the following:

  1. Order Confirmation: Ensure all items, sizes, colors, and other details are correct at the time of placing your order.
  2. Product Condition: All items are carefully inspected for quality before being shipped to you.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will assess each case individually and assist where possible.
