At My Thai PS, we are committed to delivering your favorite Southeast Asian products quickly and securely. Below is our detailed shipping policy, including destinations, couriers used, estimated delivery times, and important restrictions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following destinations:
Malaysia: We deliver to all states and territories across Malaysia.
International: We ship to most regions worldwide, with the exception of Europe and the United Kingdom.
Please Note:
Due to VAT regulations and complications, we are unable to ship to Europe and the UK at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our services to these regions in the future.
Couriers Used
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with reputable courier services, including:
EasyParcel: A shipping platform which partners with multiple courier services, the courier displayed depends on the destination address. Common couriers will be Flash Express, J&T, Ninja Van, SF Express, and Redly Express.
DHL Express: Optional express shipping for all customers and for destinations that aren’t covered by EasyParcel.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team begins preparing your items for shipment. Processing times vary depending on the origin of the products:
- Malaysian products: Processing takes approximately 3 business days.
- Other products: Processing takes approximately 7 business days.
For orders containing both Malaysian and other products, the processing time will follow the other products, with a total processing time of approximately 7 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the estimated delivery times below.

Shipping Rates

Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
